What do you think of the new building codes …?
… that solar panels required on the roof? I think they should put them in any case. I think they should have the new building codes also require geothermal heat pumps, rainwater collection systems and passive ventilation. Perhaps they should thermal Glass to add to. I think, for commercial and industrial buildings, they should have skylights and wind turbines on the roof. You need bathrooms in buildings have now. You can no longer be an outside dunny. So I say, why they are not in the new building codes?
Personally, I think that the long-term impact of this construction would be on a business trip would be more possible than spending thousands of dollars for electric and water Invoices per month. The addition of the existing thermal glass, skylights and wind turbines for a building to take more than a century, would be a great investment for the economy and the environment!
